The Role

As Calculations Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating and ensuring the quality of our releases, helping us deliver value to our customers and driving the successful execution of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage risks, and ensure that our calculation releases meet both business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate our calculation releases, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and improve our deployment pipeline and associated processes.
  • Enhance delivery by identifying and implementing new tools and techniques.
  • Ensure quality in our deliveries through end-to-end and manual testing of our releases.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance our automated test suite.
  • Work directly with our customers and coordinate feedback during early adopter testing to ensure our calculation releases meet customer needs.
