Contact Centre Advisor
📍 East Didsbury, Manchester
💰 £26,227.50 basic salary + monthly bonus (£150-£300 average, with top performers earning around £5,000 annually)
🌴 31 days holiday, rising to 34 days with service

The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads through outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries
- Listen carefully to clients' circumstances and ask effective questions to understand their needs
- Explain legal services and processes clearly and confidently
- Build trust and rapport through professional, supportive conversations
- Convert enquiries into claims through genuine customer-focused engagement
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Participate in coaching, training and ongoing development activities
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking for support with potential legal claims. The majority of your role will involve speaking to warm leads who have already expressed an interest in our services. You'll also manage inbound enquiries, helping clients understand their options and guiding them through the next steps of their journey.

Working Pattern
- Rotating two-shift pattern (early and late shifts alternating weekly)
- Weekend working on a rota basis
