Call Center Representative
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) OR Part-Time (16–25 hrs/week)
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) / Equivalent to ~£11.50 – £12.80 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, clear communicators to join our growing remote customer support team. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound calls and provide friendly, effective assistance to customers across the UK.
No prior call center or customer service experience is required. Full paid training will be provided to equip you with the tools and system knowledge needed to succeed from day one.
Must Have Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to clearly explain simple solutions to customers over the phone.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency using a desktop/laptop, navigating multi-tab web browsers, and typing while conversing.
- Flexibility: Willingness to undergo 2 weeks of fully paid remote training (Monday – Friday schedule during training).

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with remote communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling inbound telephone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer telephone inquiries in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
- Accurately enter and update customer interaction logs in our cloud-based CRM software.
- Assist customers with account queries, order tracking, and general service troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex or specialized technical inquiries to senior support staff as needed.
