Call Centre Agent
£18 per hour
Paddington, London
Office-based role
We are recruiting an experienced Call Centre Agent to join the customer support team of a leading global technology brand.
You will support customers across telephone, email and social media, helping with orders, complaints, escalations and basic technical enquiries. This is a busy customer-facing role requiring clear communication, patience and the confidence to take ownership of problems through to resolution.
The Role Includes:
- Responding to customer enquiries across telephone, email and social media
- Managing order, delivery, return and product-related queries
- Handling complaints and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting
- Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes
- Representing a premium consumer brand through every interaction

We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a call centre or contact centre environment
- Experience supporting customers across multiple communication channels
- Confidence handling complaints, escalations and difficult conversations
- Experience dealing with orders, deliveries, returns or technical enquiries
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- A calm, professional and customer-focused approach
- Confidence using CRM, ticketing or case-management systems
- Availability to work from the Paddington office
