FJA are working with a national leader in the Water Industry, who are looking to recruit Call Centre Advisors.
The role will be based out of their offices in the Walsall, West Midlands area.
The position has the opportunity to be made permanent following successful completion of a 6-month probationary review period.
We are looking for customer-focused, hard-working individuals who have great organisational skills, a good attention to detail, and great telephone manner.
Our client works on behalf of Severn Trent Water so this role involves speaking to customers who are experiencing issues such as a broken toilet, burst pipes, boiler or water butt issues etc. You will be making outbound calls to book appointments for a Maintenance person to attend the property and repair the problem.
Key Responsibilities As An Outbound Caller
- Listening to customer concerns, questions, or requests, and responding in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responding to customer concerns about water pressure issues, leaks, outages, or planned maintenance schedules.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance visits.

Successful Outbound Caller Will
- Have previous experience in a Call Centre or Customer service position
- Have a proactive approach in how they work
- Confident telephone manner
- You must be comfortable working in a call centre environment
- Exceptional customer skills
- Computer skills including Excel and Word
This role would suit someone looking to work within a customer service-orientated environment or an experienced Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Agent, Call Handler, or Customer Service Advisor.
