Experienced Call Centre Advisor – Renewable Energy
Greener Energy Group is Scotland’s largest independent renewable energy provider in the Able-to-Pay market. We are the only Octopus-accredited Cosy Heat Pump installer in Scotland and a Hive-accredited Solar installer. With new accreditations and ambitious growth plans for 2026, we are expanding our Renewable Energy & Heating Division – and we want you to join our Advisory team!
Call Centre Advisor Role
As an Experienced Call Centre Advisor, you will play a crucial role in connecting our customers with our field-based surveyors. This is a target-driven outbound calling role, focused on enquiries generated through our website and online adverts. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule assessments, helping homeowners take the first step towards renewable energy solutions.

Full training will be provided on all renewable energy products and systems, so while prior product knowledge is a bonus, it is not essential.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound calling environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- A genuine interest in renewable energy
Call Centre Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: £26,000
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £38,000 – uncapped bonus potential
- Performance-related bonus structure, including:
- Weekly Target Bonus
- Sales Commission
- Comprehensive training on renewable energy products

Call Centre - Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Breaks: 1-hour unpaid lunch, plus two paid 15-minute breaks
