Join our team as a Call Centre Agent!
Love chatting with people and helping them find what they need? We’re looking for friendly, motivated Call Centre Agents to join our team and make every customer conversation count.
In this role, you’ll support customers, answer their questions and spot opportunities to introduce them to products and services that could be a great fit. It’s all about having helpful conversations, building rapport and turning interest into quality sales leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers with clear, friendly support and making sure they feel listened to.
- Answering questions, resolving queries and guiding customers towards the right solutions.
- Spotting sales opportunities and turning great conversations into valuable leads.
- Using online systems and tools to keep customer information accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building positive relationships.
- Someone who is sales-minded, motivated and happy working towards targets.
- A friendly, professional approach and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence using online platforms and digital tools.
