We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our Aftercare Call team, supporting a discerning customer base including High Net Worth (HNW) clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining exceptional service standards under pressure, and providing a personalised, professional experience with every interaction. What You Can Bring to Banham
- Be comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- You will have a proven ability to build rapport quickly, handle complex customer enquiries with confidence, and deliver a personalised, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate resilience, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to balance efficiency with a genuinely consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Experience supporting HNW clients is highly desirable, requiring discretion, empathy, and a strong appreciation of premium service expectations.
- Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences, excel under pressure, and take pride in building long-lasting customer relationships through first-class service.

What You Will Be Doing
- Play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring optimal scheduling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve customers' queries offering a solution on each call feeling empowered to leave every customer happy.
- Managing and answering high call volumes daily (inbound) alongside managing the engineer’s diaries and / or booking customers appointments.
- Suggest improvements to enhance departmental efficiencies and customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely ordering and availability of necessary items for the engineering team.
- Utilise our Central Electronic Booking system to manage and optimise engineers’ diaries and installation schedules.
- Accurately enter and manage data within our works scheduling and accounts systems, contributing to efficient process flows.
- Proactively identify and report any operational issues, suggesting improvements to enhance departmental efficiencies and customer service delivery.
Working Hours
- Working Monday - Friday either 8:30am - 5pm or 9am -5:30pm (37.5 hrs)
