Role Overview
We are looking for a hardworking, well-organised and personable individual to help expand and develop our calling operation. Reform UK communicates with its members, supporters and the wider electorate through a range of channels, including telephone contact. The Call Centre Manager will lead this area of our campaign operation, with a particular focus on the May 2027 local elections, and ensuring that our telephone campaigning is organised, effective and able to operate at scale. Reform UK now has over 2,300 Councillors, and we have the opportunity to increase this number significantly further in May 2027.
The role will include recruiting, coordinating and overseeing our volunteer calling operators, organising and handling sensitive data, and ensuring that the call centre is organised efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for making sure volunteers are properly briefed, supported and motivated, helping to create an effective team that is willing to return and contribute throughout the local elections campaign and beyond.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
