Location: Saltaire (office-based, with hybrid opportunities after 6 months subject to KPI achievement)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm (rotational shifts – 37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,277.50 basic + progression to £30K+ OTE (subject to KPI attainment and progression after 6 months)
The Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to join a busy and fast-paced customer service team. This is a predominantly phone-based role, handling a high volume of inbound customer calls daily whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily (approximately 40 calls per day).
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service on every interaction.
- Resolve customer queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
- Manage customer enquiries relating to accounts, billing, appointments, and general support.
- Respond to customer communications via phone, email, webchat, and social media.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Escalate complaints and complex queries in line with company procedures.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Support customers using online self-service platforms and digital tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth resolutions.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a call centre, contact centre, or high-volume customer service environment.
- Is confident handling a large number of customer calls daily.
- Has excellent communication and listening skills.
- Remains calm and professional under pressure.
- Is confident using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within customer service or call centre operations preferred.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) and/or NVQ Level 2–3 in Customer Service or Administration preferred.
