Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months

About the Role

The Call Centre Operative will deliver a professional and high-quality service to tenants and customers in a call centre environment.

The Call Centre Operative will provide a courteous, sensitive and responsive service and deal with enquiries by telephone in line with the Customer Care Policy and target response times. The successful candidate should have experience of working in a customer focused environment, with strong communication and listening skills. The successful candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work on an individual basis and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Terms and Conditions: Appointed on ng2 Ltd terms and conditions of employment.
