Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Call Centre Operative on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business and is based in our Meriden office. In this role you will provide outbound telephone support to Service Centre users of 1link Service Network who have overdue Service Booking Requests and overdue Vehicle Off Road (VOR) Requests. The process is designed to provide a telephone reminder service that ensures users are aware of any overdue requests and the importance of actioning these requests within the appropriate timescales. You will report into the Operations Support Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.
What you'll be doing
- Understanding of all Service Booking and VOR Processes and be familiar with key system benefits.
- Making outbound calls to customers and advise them of overdue responses.
- Being capable of talking a user through the process of accepting, declining and offering alternates dates to Booking Requests as to educate them to do it themselves.
- Being capable of talking users into responding to VOR requests.
- Being familiar with chase process and ensure that Booking Chase Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Recording calls and chase details within the 1link Product Support system.
- Ensuring the set targets for calls made and bookings/VOR’s actioned are adhered to.
- Escalating to Network Support any issues that prevents users from actioning Booking/VOR Requests.
- Liaising with second line support as necessary whilst an escalated fault is being fixed.
- Providing customers with updates to faults they have reported to you, and that you own, in a timely and agreed manner.
- Updating Service Centre details should you be notified of any changes during a call. These include telephone and email details.
What We Need
- Prior experience within a customer service role with excellent telephone manner.
- A customer focused individual with a confident and outgoing personality.
- A professional and disciplined approach to their individual performance and that of the Network Support team.
- An ability to organise and prioritise work loads using the systems and processes provided.
- An ability to handle repetitive work with a consistent level of enthusiasm and vigour.
- The ability to manage negative reactions to the chase process.
- Computer literate, able to work new systems with ease.
