Medical Enquiry Specialist

About The Role:

As a Medical Enquiry Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients exploring medical and Radiology appointments, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to booking. Your role is a blend of sales, customer care, and relationship building, ensuring every patient receives a 5 star experience.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance on our medical services, pricing, appointments and available options while converting enquiries into booked appointments. We offer a competitive commission structure, ongoing training, and a dynamic team environment where your success is rewarded.

No experience in the healthcare industry? No problem! Full training is provided to help you become confident and knowledgeable across our medical and Radiology services.

Hours: Full time = 37.5 hours per week

  • 5 from 7 x 7.5 hour shifts between Monday to Sunday (8am-8pm)
  • 4 weekend days per month (minimum 1 weekend off per month)

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales driven mindset - experience in sales, telesales, or outbound bookings is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills - you’re great at building rapport and putting patients at ease.
  • Customer focused approach - you genuinely care about helping people.
  • Organised & target oriented - you thrive in a performance driven environment.
  • Tech savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office & CRM systems.
  • Resilient & ambitious - ready to exceed targets and grow with us!
