Overview
Gallagher are looking for ambitious Sales Specialist’s to join Vasek Insurance, a growing Gallagher brand based in Nottingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team where you'll build relationships with insurance brokers, support policy renewals and play a key role in retaining existing business.

Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £25,000 + OTE per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
How You'll Make An Impact
You will be speaking with brokers who already have policies in place, helping to manage upcoming renewals and building long-term relationships. The focus is on retaining business, delivering a great customer experience and having proactive conversations that strengthen partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals and discussing ongoing insurance requirements.
- Handling inbound/outbound activity efficiently, managing call queues, and hitting service level agreements.
- Building strong relationships with brokers through regular phone conversations and excellent customer service.
- Identifying opportunities to retain and grow existing business through effective relationship management.
- Understanding broker needs and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for clients.
- Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About You
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential
- Confident speaking on the phone, making outbound and handling inbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic
