Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced, inbound role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their tenants, delivering clear, efficient, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from clients and tenants
- Providing updates on ongoing repairs
- Booking new appointments and adjusting existing visits
- Delivering accurate company information and guidance
- Managing communications via phone, email, and internal systems
- Using systems such as 3CX, Teams, Outlook, and TotalMobile (Connect)

- Previous experience in inbound call handling or a customer service role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy environment
- Efficient, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A reliable team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment
