Remote Call Handler – Multiple Hires (UK Remote)
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum / £11.50 – £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts
Start Dates: Ongoing intakes / Immediate starts available
About the Opportunity
One of our clients is currently looking to hire multiple Remote Call Handlers to join their expanding customer service operation. This is a fully remote UK-based role with a fast-moving hiring process and regular start dates.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy helping customers and are looking for stable work-from-home roles with clear training and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound follow-up calls when required
- Record accurate notes and update internal systems/CRMs
- Follow call scripts and service procedures
- Escalate complex or urgent issues appropriately
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting call KPIs
- Participate in remote team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call handling, or contact centres
- Confident phone manner and clear communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable home working setup and stable internet connection
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in remote call centre or virtual support roles
- Familiarity with CRM, VOIP, or ticketing systems
- Experience working towards targets or service levels
