About Perfect Reception

Here at Perfect Reception we offer a multitude of services to varying businesses providing the ultimate outsourced service, we provide support for incoming calls, emails and live chat alongside outsourced lead generation and sales services.

We have doubled in size over the past year and as a result we are looking for confident and lively individuals to join our ever growing team.

We primarily need individuals who are happy to get stuck in with our busy inbound call centre, with the options of additional duties, roles and progression being offered to the correct individual. These duties can consist of training, supervisory, accounting and sales roles should you possess the right enthusiasm and skill set. We are in a position to offer full and part time hours alongside commission and monthly incentives in addition to your monthly pay. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.

To be considered for additional duties or a Supervisory role you would need:

  • Experience in either leadership or management, accounting, sales, training or HR
  • A basic understanding of business growth and targets
  • Experience in a customer service-based role ideally via phone
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a good eye for detail
  • Experience in marketing and social media

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for any role would include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a high level of incoming calls across a variety of different businesses. This includes emails and live chats
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
  • Supporting and being part of our team
  • Liaising with clients and managing their requests
  • Marketing and ensuring growth of Perfect Reception

We are passionate about Customer Service and employee development here at Perfect Reception so continual training and development will be given throughout your career with us. Our offices are open 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturday's, closed on Bank Holidays. Hourly rate will be based on skill set and ability.
