About The Job

Games Workshop has a new opportunity for a CAM Engineer to join our world-class tooling team to support the production of injection mould tools that make the world’s best fantasy miniatures. If you’re excited by working to tight deadlines to ensure that our miniatures reach our global customers on time and in full, we’d love to hear from you!

Meticulous and with an eye for detail, you will have a right first-time approach and will ensure that every product is completed to specification and that the equipment and environment are kept in prime condition. Quality obsessed, methodical, and with a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll follow processes and working practices, reporting on opportunities for improvement and ultimately ensuring that our products are nothing but the best.

You will be the type of person who is capable of generating great ideas and will enjoy the challenge of seeking the best solutions, as you will produce new tools and maintain current tools by recommending improvements and making alterations. You will contribute to ongoing trials by giving technical insight to the R&D team, and will contribute to the team through engaging with problem-solving and championing change initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
