Company Description
VOLUXIS is a well-established VIP/ Corporate Jet Operator who currently manage a mixed fleet of business jets offering a tailored service to our customers who may be travelling for business or leisure.
We are looking for someone to join our Continuous Airworthiness (CAMO) Team! This team are responsible for ensuring our aircraft remain airworthy; this is a critical part of aviation safety and is well regulated.
The ideal candidate ideally would hold experience of working in an Airworthiness or Aircraft Engineering environment, along with good administrative experience, an incredible eye for detail and be well organised.

The role includes:
- Raise work orders and requisitions in line with company processes.
- Support the Planning department by ensuring that all documentation for scheduled maintenance inputs is properly prepared.
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and scanning of aircraft maintenance records.
- Update the company’s record management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain and update aircraft and component logbooks.
- Liaise effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide cross-functional support to the CAMO team as directed by the DCAM (Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager).
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Airworthiness team.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with internal departments and customers.
- Good verbal communication skills, able to effectively liaise with team members and other departments.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Key organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with a diverse range of clientele with a self-motivated work approach.
- Ability to work well within team
