Location: Liskeard, Cornwall
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Castle Air is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate CAMO Assistant to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team in Liskeard. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance planning and airworthiness management while developing your career within a professional aviation environment.
Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for graduates looking to apply their analytical, administrative, and organisational skills in a specialist field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with aircraft maintenance planning and tracking
- Maintaining and updating aircraft technical records
- Raising and managing maintenance work packs
- Monitoring aircraft utilisation and technical log entries
- Liaising with engineers, operations teams and maintenance providers
- Supporting compliance with aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements
- Auditing maintenance documentation and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Assisting with the management of operational and technical documentation

About You
- Preferably a recent graduate in Aviation, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- An interest in aviation and aircraft operations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
