We save lives, clean seas, save trees and support Nationally-important services. With specialist teams and unrivalled aerospace approvals, we design, build, test and operate aircraft to deliver mission-critical services and data-driven insights. Our success is built on the talent and experience of our exceptional people.

Why This Role Matters

At 2Excel, excellent compliance and safety are at the heart of everything we do. As our CAMO Compliance Monitoring Manager, you won’t just tick boxes, you’ll shape the integrity of our operations, influence Company culture and ensure we demonstrate the highest standards in aviation.

As a Nominated Person, reporting directly to the Accountable Manager and working closely with our AOC Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for continuously reviewing and ensuring compliance in line with regulatory requirements and Company procedures for multiple aircraft types across its Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will liaise directly with Regulators and the Company senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.

You’ll act as a deputy for the AOC CMM.

About You

You’re likely to have spent much of your career to date within the aviation sector and although you may not always have worked in compliance monitoring, you’ll have proven significant experience of it and be able to effectively develop, run and use a Compliance Management System. Candidates who also have experience of AOC and ATO Operators and a deep understanding of ICAO Annex 19 will be at a significant advantage.

You’ll have practical experience of human factors, aviation safety and compliance management systems, standards and practices. You’ll be familiar with audit planning and conducting root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. You’ll also have a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

This operationally independent role is a CAA Nominated Postholder position. Therefore, you’ll probably already have experience of working at that level, or you’ve been deputising and you’re ready to take the next step. In order to fulfil this requirement, you’ll have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years in aeronautical industry roles and/or a relevant engineering degree or maintenance technician qualification acceptable to the CAA.
