Job Posting: Camp and Transportation Coordinator
Zarco Contracting and General Management is seeking a Camp and Transportation Coordinator with strong organizational skills and extensive experience overseeing employee transportation, company vehicles, and worker accommodation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily transportation, effective camp management, and seamless coordination between HR, Operations, Projects, and Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily deployment of company vehicles, drivers, equipment, and personnel.
- Prepare and maintain employee and worker transportation schedules.
- Coordinate daily transportation between worker camps and project sites.
- Monitor vehicle availability, registration, insurance, maintenance, and related documentation. Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with company transportation policies and safety requirements.
- Manage worker accommodation, camp operations, and related facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, room allocation, staff transfers, and accommodation requirements.
- Efficiently handle accommodation requests and resolve daily camp-related issues.
- Coordinate closely with HR, Operations, Projects, and Management on transportation and accommodation matters.
- Prepare periodic reports covering fleet status, transportation activities, camp occupancy, and related expenses.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of two to four years of experience in transportation, camp management, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a construction or contracting company is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Experience in the UAE is preferred. High accuracy in work with the ability to maintain accurate operational records and reports.
