Campaign & Social Media Manager – The Rugby Pod
About The Rugby Pod
The Rugby Pod is one of the world's biggest rugby media brands, reaching millions of fans every month across podcasts, YouTube and social media. We create entertaining content with some of the biggest personalities in the game while working with commercial partners to deliver standout campaigns. We're looking for a highly organised, creative and commercially-minded Campaign & Social Media Manager to help bring our content and partnerships to life.
The Role
You'll be responsible for planning, delivering and reporting on commercial campaigns across The Rugby Pod's podcast, YouTube and social channels. Working closely with talent, production team and brand partners, you'll help make sure every campaign is delivered to the highest standard. You'll also play a key role in managing our day-to-day social media output, helping maximise audience growth and engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of branded content and sponsorship campaigns.
- Interpret client briefs and turn them into clear production and content plans.
- Coordinate internal teams, talent and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- Manage campaign timelines, assets and approvals.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for clients and agencies throughout campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Social Media
- Manage The Rugby Pod's social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Work with editors to optimise content for each platform.
- Identify trends, opportunities and new content formats.
- Grow audiences through data-led social media strategies.
- Monitor community engagement and interact with followers where appropriate.
- Analyse platform performance and recommend improvements.
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in campaign management, account management, social media or digital marketing.
- Experience working with commercial clients and interpreting creative briefs.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practice.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with talent and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable using project management and scheduling tools.
