About The Role
As a Campaign Assistant, you will support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, campaigns, content creation days, events, influencer activations and wider creative projects.
You will play a key role in helping bring creative concepts to life, from researching cost-effective production solutions and sourcing talent, locations and props, through to providing hands-on support on set.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm when working to tight deadlines.
You will be expected to get stuck in across all areas of production, from managing spreadsheets and maintaining supplier directories to steaming samples, dressing sets, organising catering and ensuring the wider shoot team understands the brief.
The role is based at our Seekers HQ Monday to Friday, with flexibility required around shoot, event and production days.
If you are looking to build a career in fashion, creative production and content, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing and ambitious team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
