Campaign Assistant
We are recruiting an exciting role for a Campaign Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced customer team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the processing and management of omni-channel campaigns, booked by the relevant sales people, driving successful campaign delivery for our retail media business.
You will ensure FMCG suppliers have the correct guidelines, deadlines, systems access, and information to submit briefs and assets correctly and on time. You will keep the internal ASDA brand team and studio updated on internal trackers.
You will fully learn, process, manage and execute campaigns on Salesforce (main portal).
You will ensure briefs and artwork reach the ASDA studio and all relevant third parties within agreed deadlines, mitigating any risks that could prevent campaigns or media elements from going live.
You will drive end-to-end delivery of print, digital and social media campaigns across your POD, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
