Here's a bit about the opportunity...
We're looking for Campaign Co-ordinators to join our Resourcing Services team on 6-8 month fixed-term contracts, supporting the delivery of busy recruitment campaigns for our clients.
These roles could be a great fit for recent graduates or A level students planning a gap year, or anyone looking to build practical experience before university, travel or full-time work.
You'll be part of a supportive team, helping candidates move through recruitment processes smoothly and making sure they receive a clear, consistent and positive experience at every stage.
Candidate support and communication
- Acting as a first point of contact for candidates by email, phone and webchat
- Responding to candidate queries in line with agreed service levels and communication guidance
- Making courtesy, reminder and follow-up calls to support candidate engagement
Campaign administration and delivery
- Managing day-to-day candidate activity across application, assessment, interview and offer stages
- Updating candidate records accurately and maintaining clean, auditable data
- Supporting Campaign Executives and Client Partners with live campaign delivery
Assessment and screening support
- Supporting assessment centre logistics and candidate status updates
- Conducting telephone interviews and video interview screening where required
- Following scripts, criteria and guidance to support fair and consistent candidate experiences

Teamwork and continuous improvement
- Taking ownership of tasks and escalating issues proactively where needed
- Working positively with Recruitment Co-ordinators, Campaign Executives and Client Partners
- Using campaign systems and tools to manage activity and record progress accurately
Who we're looking for...
Someone hard-working, organised and flexible, with good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
You'll need:
- Some previous work experience, ideally in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or a busy team environment
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking to candidates by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
- A hard-working, flexible and efficient approach to day-to-day tasks
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, alongside generative AI tools, with curiosity about how AI can improve ways of working, efficiency and client delivery.
You'll stand out if you:
- Have experience supporting customers, candidates or colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team and helping others succeed
- Can stay calm, positive and organised during busy campaign periods

You’ll join a busy and supportive Resourcing Services team, gaining hands-on experience across live recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement, while getting exposure to different career paths within recruitment, talent attraction and client delivery.
