About the Role
The Campaign Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across CRM, digital, brand and commercial channels.

£40,000 (DOE)
Location
Paddington, London with hybrid working (4 days office based - 1 day WFH)
About You
Acting as the operational hub of the Marketing team, you will coordinate campaign activity from briefing through to launch, working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, Operations and external agencies. You'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, assets are completed to schedule, stakeholders remain aligned, and campaign performance is monitored and reported.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, thrives on organisation and process, and has experience coordinating marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across CRM, digital, content and brand channels.
- Build and maintain campaign timelines, workback schedules and delivery plans.
- Ensure campaign objectives, audiences, deliverables and success measures are clearly defined before launch.
- Manage campaign workflows, helping teams stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate campaign launch plans and ensure all activity is delivered to schedule.
- Maintain the central marketing campaign calendar and roadmap.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as the main point of coordination between internal marketing teams and key business stakeholders.
- Schedule and lead campaign planning meetings, status updates and follow-up actions.
- Manage campaign briefing, approval and sign-off processes.
- Identify risks, delays or delivery challenges and escalate where required.
- Ensure effective communication between CRM, Digital, Creative, Commercial and Operational teams.
CRM & Digital Campaign Support
- Work closely with the CRM & Engagement Manager to coordinate lifecycle, retention and customer engagement campaigns.
- Support audience planning and campaign implementation within CRM programmes.
- Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate digital campaign activity across paid, owned and organic channels.
- Ensure campaign assets, landing pages, tracking requirements and supporting materials are prepared and delivered on time.
Campaign Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign progress against objectives and key performance indicators.
- Support the production of campaign performance reports and post-campaign reviews.
- Maintain campaign documentation and capture key learnings.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign planning, execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Process Improvement
- Help establish and maintain best practice campaign delivery processes across the marketing team.
- Support resource planning and prioritisation across marketing projects.
- Drive greater visibility of campaign timelines, dependencies and workload management.
Requirements
- A background in marketing, campaign coordination, project coordination or as a marketing executive.
- Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Experience using project management, CRMs and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign performance data.
