I’m thrilled to be supporting a leading global children’s education charity, to find their Campaign Communications Manager, based in London, working an innovative, 4 day week.

Do you have experience in and a passion for using campaigns to drive meaningful global change? Have you planned and delivered integrated communications for a specific campaign previously? Do you have knowledge of public affairs, or campaigns on an international level? If yes, then I’d love to hear from you.

The Campaign Communications Manager will develop and deliver the communications strategy for a successful Campaign and Global Finance Summit, working closely with colleagues and specialist agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communications strategy: Develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy, managing external agencies across event delivery, content and media relations
  • Digital campaigning: Oversee campaign communications across digital channels, including the website, social media and email
  • Content coordination: Plan, create and distribute compelling content across campaign channels and the wider partner network
  • Partner communications: Manage communications with a global network of more than 200 businesses, NGOs, foundations, early childhood organisations and government partners, producing toolkits and campaign updates that enable effective advocacy
  • Story development: Work with internal teams and partners to identify and develop campaign stories for media, digital channels and stakeholder communications
  • Monitoring and reporting: Track campaign performance and produce regular reports including donor reports

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
