About Snomad

Snomad is the fastest-growing ski resort comparison, discovery and review platform, helping skiers and snowboarders find the best places to ski for them.

Our community has now contributed over 400,000 skier and snowboarder ratings, alongside thousands of reviews, tips, photos and recommendations covering ski resorts around the world. We combine authentic insights from real skiers with detailed resort information to help people make better decisions about where to ski.

We also work directly with ski resorts and leading brands across the ski industry, helping them reach our highly engaged community through targeted digital campaigns and partnerships.

Snomad was founded by an experienced entrepreneur who previously started, scaled and sold a comparison website after growing it to more than one million users.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate skier or snowboarder to join Snomad as a Campaign & Community Marketing Intern.

You’ll work directly alongside the founder and play an important role in delivering campaigns for ski resorts and brands, running our annual Snomad Ski Resort Awards and helping us build an active and engaged community of skiers and snowboarders.

This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-growing start-up. You’ll be given real responsibility from the outset and will need to be highly organised, comfortable communicating with clients and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.

You’ll also need to be a strong writer, with the ability to turn campaign briefs into engaging newsletters, articles and other marketing content.

There won’t be a typical day. One morning you might be coordinating the launch of a campaign for a major European ski resort, that afternoon writing a newsletter to tens of thousands of skiers, and the next day working with award-winning resorts or engaging directly with members of the Snomad community.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns for ski resorts and ski industry brands.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure all agreed activity is delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather campaign information, creative assets and approvals.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across Snomad’s website, newsletters, social channels and community.
  • Write engaging newsletter, article, landing page and promotional copy as part of client campaigns.
  • Keep track of campaign deliverables and make sure nothing gets missed.
  • Support campaign reporting and help identify ways to improve future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
