Campaign Co-Ordinator – International Gaming Company
London – Hybrid
12-month initial contract
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of digital creative across a leading global gaming and entertainment brand.
You will sit within the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, coordinating creative production, asset workflows and campaign delivery across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative production across digital campaigns, ensuring briefs, assets and timelines are clear.
- Manage day-to-day workflows including copy, localisation, templates and feed requirements.
- Work with creative, media and production partners through briefing, build, QA and delivery.
- Maintain production trackers, campaign status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate feedback and approval rounds with stakeholders and vendors.
- Support BAU campaign delivery and improvements to processes and workflows.

About you:
- Experience in creative production, campaign coordination, digital marketing, project management or agency account management.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with creative assets, media specifications and approval processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and confident chasing inputs and resolving blockers.
- Exposure to DCO, paid social, display, feeds or dynamic creative is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment with multiple teams and vendors.
