About the Role
We're in search of a Campaign Director to join our team at the London office. This is a senior leadership role within our Influencer Campaigns team. You'll own campaign strategy and execution across a portfolio of UK client accounts, lead and develop the campaigns team, and act as a senior voice in client relationships and new business. This role sits above the Senior Campaign Manager within the Campaigns team and reports directly into the Head of Campaigns. You'll set the creative and strategic bar for everything that leaves the team, ensuring we Never Do Normal. We're looking for a confident, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is deeply embedded in influencer culture, and is passionate about developing both people and process.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic and creative response to client briefs across the UK portfolio, ensuring all output reflects our Never Do Normal ethos
- Demonstrate leadership across the UK Campaigns portfolio, reporting to the Head of Campaigns
- Provide clear direction, mentorship and structured progression support to junior team members
- Act as the senior client contact for our key accounts - responsible for relationships, retention and organic growth
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from proposal through to post-campaign reporting, maintaining the highest standards throughout
- Own client’s influencer strategies; directing influencer sourcing, casting and senior agency relationships
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and client presentations, using data and insight to drive forward planning
- Play an active role in new business pitches, developing strategies and concepts alongside the senior team
- Proactively identifies opportunities to grow existing client accounts and contributes to new business pipeline development, working alongside the Head of Campaigns and BD team to convert opportunities into revenue
- Lead on paid amplification briefing in collaboration with the Paid Specialist
- Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, ensuring campaigns hit agreed margin targets, and take corrective action where required.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within an agency setting
- Prior experience in a senior client-facing role, managing and retaining key accounts
- Prior experience of line management or team leadership
- Expert understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms and the creator economy
- Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel influencer campaigns
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing campaign budgets and profitability
- Experience contributing to or leading new business pitches and brief responses
- Expert verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of paid amplification via Meta and TikTok Ads Managers

Pay range and compensation package
- London
- 32 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays)

- Time and contract type: Full-time permanent
- Hybrid working: We work from the office Tuesdays - Thursdays and the remaining days from home.
- Location: Our office is located in London Bridge, with Waterloo and London Bridge train stations close by.
