Build Your Career From the Ground Up
In a world dominated by digital advertising, brands are increasingly looking for ways to create genuine, personal connections with their customers.
At Caledonia Group, we deliver face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns on behalf of well-known UK brands, helping them build stronger relationships with consumers and generate measurable results.
We’re currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our Edinburgh team as Campaign Executives.
This is an entry-level position, but it isn’t designed to keep you at entry level.
From day one, you’ll receive structured training, one-to-one mentoring and hands-on experience in campaign delivery, customer engagement and team development. As your skills and performance develop, so does your responsibility — with a clear pathway towards Campaign Manager within 6–12 months for those who demonstrate the required ability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns for established UK brands
- Representing clients professionally and building genuine relationships with customers
- Learning how to understand customer behaviour, engagement and campaign performance
- Tracking KPIs, results and daily performance to understand what drives success
- Working alongside experienced team members and developing your communication, sales and leadership skills
- Contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign results
- Taking on increased responsibility as your skills and performance develop
- Progressing towards managing your own campaigns and eventually developing others

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
