We are looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Planet Offers team within UK Audio.
If you're passionate about creating engaging campaigns, turning insights into action, and delivering experiences that customers love, this is your opportunity to help grow one of Bauer Media's exciting customer engagement platforms.
Our Team: How we enrich everyday life
Planet Offers is Bauer Media's customer offers and voucher platform, providing audiences across our radio brands with access to exclusive deals, discounts, and experiences. You'll be joining a collaborative team of marketers and customer engagement specialists who work together to create compelling campaigns that connect customers with great offers.
As part of the wider Customer Engagement team, you'll work alongside colleagues across marketing, sales, design, and technology, helping us create meaningful customer experiences while supporting commercial growth.
The difference you will make
As Campaign Executive, you'll play an important role in driving traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales across Planet Offers. Using a mix of creativity, content creation, and campaign performance insight, you'll help deliver multi-channel marketing activity that reaches customers at the right time with relevant and engaging offers.
Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the platform and help deliver commercial success across Bauer Media's customer engagement activities.
Location: Hybrid - Sheffield
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support commercial objectives.
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, targeted communications, and promotional alerts.
- Develop engaging social media content that promotes Planet Offers deals and experiences.
- Support the delivery and optimisation of paid media activity across channels such as Meta and Google.
- Write compelling customer-facing copy for email, social, advertising, and website content.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data and customer insights to optimise results.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotional activity with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure offers are launched and marketed effectively.
- Create and maintain content with SEO best practices in mind to improve organic visibility.
- Support wider team projects and priorities as required.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience within a B2C or digital marketing environment.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce principles.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to use data and performance insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and learn.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is desirable.
- Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is desirable.
- Awareness of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques is beneficial.
