Campaign Executive (Entry-Level)

Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday | Immediate start available

Pay: £400 weekly base (net) + performance bonus

Average Earnings: £600 to £800 a week

Sage runs face-to-face marketing campaigns for some of the country's most recognised brands, including BT/EE, Eon and Mercedes. We are hiring a Campaign Executive in Birmingham to join the team behind these campaigns and learn the business from the ground up, with a clear route into a Campaign Manager role within 6 to 12 months.

This is an entry-level position built around progression rather than a fixed job. You will start by learning how campaigns actually perform in the field, reading real customer behaviour, tracking engagement and understanding what turns a conversation into a result. As you take on more responsibility and demonstrate you can manage it, you move up. The path to Campaign Manager is structured, measured against clear benchmarks, and driven entirely by your ability, not your time served.

No previous campaign experience is required. What counts is attitude, work rate and how quickly you learn in a busy, results-led setting. If you enjoy working towards clear goals and want a career with a defined next step, this role is set up to give you exactly that.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
