Job Description: Campaign Executive - Communications and Events
Location: Brighton, London, Manchester, Leeds
Hybrid: 1 day minimum in the office
Fixed Term Contract: 12-15 months
35 hours per week or 28 hours per week pro rata (May involve periodic international travel)
Salary: £29,000 - £40,000k (Depending on experience and working pattern + fantastic benefits)
Grade: B13

As a Campaign Executive - Communications and Events, you'll play an important role in bringing the Bupa story to life. You'll help us build stronger relationships with clients, prospects and intermediary partners through engaging communications and memorable events. Working as part of Bupa Global's Marketing and Engagement team, you'll support the delivery of regional and global programmes that strengthen our reputation, deepen customer and broker relationships, and showcase the value of partnering with Bupa.
Key Responsibilities
You'll help us make health happen by:
- Creating, editing and sharing engaging communications across internal and external channels.
- Supporting the delivery of email campaigns, newsletters, presentations and stakeholder updates.
- Helping sales teams understand new processes and initiatives through training and communication support.
- Managing communication schedules, content libraries and approval processes to keep projects running smoothly.
- Building strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales and wider business teams.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of a high-quality events programme for clients, intermediaries and key partners.
- Managing event registration platforms, attendee data and reporting while making sure data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
- Coordinating event communications before, during and after events, including delegate communications and social media activity.
- Supporting event logistics, supplier management, branded materials and attendee experiences.
- Providing on-site support at events where required.
- Acting as a key contact for delegates, speakers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Producing post-event reports, gathering feedback and identifying ways to improve future activity.
- Monitoring event and communication performance and sharing insights with the wider team.
- Supporting governance, compliance and procurement processes to make sure activities meet internal requirements and regulatory standards.
- Helping manage team budgets, purchase orders and invoice processing.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with a wide range of people.

You'll have:
- Marketing, events or communications experience preferred
- Understanding of compliance and QA processes, ability to problem solve and land on processes and solutions within our risk appetite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced standard of written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, articulate and numerate with an ability to negotiate and align with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working in a regulated environment would be helpful but isn't essential.
