Ready to help shape the next chapter of communications and marketing at Juniper? We're looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Campaign Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys working across teams, and wants to build their experience in campaign marketing, customer engagement, marketing automation and lead generation.
You'll be joining a team that's at the heart of Juniper's commercial marketing function, connecting audience insight, customer engagement, lead generation and lifecycle marketing to support both new business growth and existing customer success. As Juniper continues to bring JoinUp to market, you'll play an important role in helping schools and trusts understand the value of our connected ecosystem of software, services, trusted partners and people-led support, and how we can be their school improvement partner.
No two days will be the same. One day you could be helping launch a new campaign for schools and MATs, the next you could be building automated customer journeys in HubSpot, supporting a webinar, analysing campaign performance, or working with Sales, Product and Customer Success colleagues to bring a new idea to life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
