Ready to help shape the next chapter of marketing at Juniper?
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Executive to join our Campaign Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in campaign delivery who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. You'll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns that engage schools and Academy Trusts, support lead generation and strengthen relationships with our existing customers.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success, you'll help deliver campaigns across email, socials, content, webinars, events and marketing automation.
You'll use audience insight and campaign performance data to help us understand what works, continually improve our activity and deliver meaningful experiences for our customers.
As Juniper continues to bring JoinUp to market, you'll play an important role in helping schools and trusts understand the value of our connected ecosystem of software, services, trusted partners and people-led support, and how we can be their school improvement partner.
No two days will be the same. One day you could be coordinating the launch of a new campaign for schools and MATs, the next you could be building customer journeys in HubSpot, supporting a webinar, analysing campaign performance or working with Sales and Product colleagues to bring a new campaign idea to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, content, social media, events and marketing automation
- Build, schedule and manage campaigns and customer communications using HubSpot
- Support audience segmentation, campaign targeting and customer nurture journeys
- Create and coordinate engaging campaign content across a range of digital channels
- Support lead generation, lead nurturing and customer engagement activity
- Coordinate webinars, events and other campaign activity from planning through to delivery
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, coordinated and delivered effectively
- Identify opportunities to test, improve and optimise campaign activity and processes
- Ensure all campaign outputs meet brand, quality, compliance and data protection standards

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
