Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July
Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

Are you driven, analytical, and curious about how data shapes business decisions? We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our Customer & Product Transformation team as a Campaign Insight Analyst Undergraduate. You’ll work with the Campaign Insight Executives and wider Campaigns team to provide actionable insight across Retail, Leasing, Used Car and Aftersales channels, helping the business understand campaign performance and make informed decisions.
What will you be doing?
- Update campaign reporting, including the weekly Activated Campaign Log.
- Complete weekly Deposit Contribution reporting and monthly Right of Withdrawal and Early Settlement reporting and insight.
- Support monthly Aftersales reporting and quarterly QvQ reporting.
- Support quarterly campaign auditing, Retailer Comms Pack collation and Comms Pack uploads.
- Provide reporting, analysis, insight and recommendations to support the Campaign Insight Executives.
- Support ad hoc requests from the Campaign Development and Operations teams, the wider VWFS UK business and VWG UK colleagues.
- Provide occasional support to the General Manager of Campaigns.
What are we looking for?
- Currently studying a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business or a similar discipline.
- Driven, hard-working, inquisitive and proactive, with a willingness to be challenged, learn and develop.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver work to a high standard.
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, especially when working to tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including confidence when working with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

What our recruitment process looks like:
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
