Great ideas come from different minds.

That’s why we bring together engineers, scientists, analysts, and creatives from every background — and give them the trust, tools, and freedom to make a difference. What connects us is the mission: solving meaningful problems and building capability that protects what matters most.

And as the challenges evolve, so do we — working on the technologies that will shape tomorrow, not just today.

Campaign Lead

Purpose

The Domain Campaign Lead drives growth for Roke within a defined capability domain (e.g., Resilient Navigation and Tracking, Cyber and Secure Communications) by leading an integrated, cross-functional campaign that aligns customer needs, organisational capability, and market engagement.

There are 2 positions available:

  • Campaign Manager - Resilient Navigation and Tracking
  • Campaign Manager - Cyber and Secure Communications

These roles combines domain authority with campaign leadership—setting strategic direction, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable growth outcomes. Operating through influence rather than hierarchy, the Domain Campaign Lead is accountable for how the organisation defines, positions, and delivers within the domain.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end domain campaign: strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year campaign strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritise target customers, segments, and opportunities
  • Act as the escalation point for domain-related decisions and conflicts
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on direction and investment priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
