Campaign Manager

£40,000 – £45,000 + bonus London (2 days per week in office)

Our client

We’re supporting a specialist digital growth agency in the healthcare sector. Our client delivers campaigns across paid media, web, CRM, content and SEO, helping businesses grow whilst taking the stress out of their marketing.

AI is central to how they work. They’ve developed their own tools for campaign copy and video scripts, alongside automations that support planning and delivery. This gives their team more time to focus on quality, coordination and client relationships.

They invest in their people, with support to develop your skills and progress within the business. You’ll join a collaborative team that values clear communication, welcomes feedback and encourages everyone to take ownership and contribute ideas.

The role

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with strong writing skills and experience coordinating digital campaigns from brief through to launch.

Working closely with client managers, web, CRM and creative teams, you’ll turn agreed briefs into clear delivery plans and see them through. You could be coordinating a service launch for one client or a seasonal promotion across multiple businesses, each with different offers and deadlines.

You’ll use the agency’s AI tools to generate initial content, then review and refine it for each client. Alongside managing delivery, you’ll take ownership of the final checks that make sure the copy, creative and landing pages work together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
