Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Berkshire (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Permanent | Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join a leading consumer retail business during a period of transformation and investment within its marketing function.

This is a high-profile role responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated omnichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement, commercial performance, and brand growth. Working across multiple brands and channels, you'll collaborate with teams across Ecommerce, CRM, Digital, Content, Social, Merchandising, and Store Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Controller, you'll own campaign planning from strategy through to execution and performance analysis, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and against commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Creating campaign plans aligned to customer, brand, and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, CRM, Content, Social, Merchandising, and Store Operations.
  • Managing campaign budgets and monitoring ROI and performance.
  • Using customer insight and campaign data to optimise future activity.
  • Managing agency relationships and external partners.
  • Coaching and developing a Campaign Marketing Executive.
  • Driving continuous improvements to campaign planning processes and ways of working.

About You

You'll be an experienced campaign marketer with a background in a fast-paced retail or consumer-facing business and a passion for delivering commercially successful campaigns.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within a large retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • Multi-brand marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing external agencies.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer insights.
  • Previous people management or coaching experience is desirable.
