Campaign Manager – Woking, Surrey (Hybrid)

£35,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for a Campaign Manager to join our client, a growing digital marketing agency who work with large, well-known brands and global companies, helping their talent and HR teams hire the people they need. This is a full-time permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis with one day a week in their Woking office.

This is a recruitment marketing role working agency-side on a single, high-priority enterprise UK account. You'll take ownership of an established, mature campaign set-up across platforms including Appcast Programmatic, indeed, Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn, auditing current performance and building the strategies that take it further.

You'll own the candidate funnel end-to-end, tracking spend all the way through from cost-per-click to cost-per-application to cost-per-hire, and you'll be the trusted, everyday point of contact translating the client's shifting weekly targets into clear digital media plans. If you love turning data into a story stakeholders can act on, this will suit you down to the ground.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
