Role Description

The Campaign Manager is a full-time, hybrid role and you will need to be happy with being in Birmingham 2 days a week, with flexibility for some work from home / in sites. We are located 3 mins walk from Birmingham International station which is 1:07 from Euston. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, guest traffic, and sales across Slim Chickens UK & Europe. The role involves coordinating campaign calendars, managing timelines and budgets, and working closely with operations, sales, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and delivery. The Campaign Manager will analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and recommend improvements based on data. This role also requires supporting local and regional initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with brand standards and contribute to strong guest engagement.

  • Strong Campaign Management experience, including planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns.
  • Commercial experience
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and multiple initiatives.
  • Background in Campaigns and Sales, with a focus on driving traffic, revenue, and brand growth.
  • Experience with marketing channels (digital and offline), analytics tools, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Birmingham with remote work.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site brands is beneficial.
  • Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable experience is preferred.
