About the Role

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Campaign Manager to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns from insight and planning through to creative execution and performance analysis.

Working at the heart of the Marketing team, you'll collaborate with channel specialists, creative teams, agencies and commercial stakeholders to deliver standout campaigns across ATL, CRM, Social, PR, Partnerships and more.

You'll play a leading role in shaping campaign ideas, writing inspiring creative briefs and guiding creative development to ensure every campaign is insight-led, distinctive and delivers against both brand and commercial objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Manager who enjoys variety, loves working cross-functionally and is passionate about creating customer-focused campaigns that make an impact. You'll be someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking, using customer insight, data and cultural trends to help shape campaigns that resonate.

You'll have end-to-end ownership, significant exposure across the business, and the chance to shape campaigns that reach millions of customers while continuously testing, learning and optimising performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of campaigns from insight to execution, writing inspiring briefs, providing clear creative direction.
  • Challenge and elevate creative work, balancing bold brand thinking with commercial objectives to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage the execution of key seasonal campaigns across all channels, including major trading moments such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
  • Build and maintain campaign plans, timelines and briefs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of always-on campaign activity.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives across channels to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Support delivery of new customer acquisition targets through campaign activity.
  • Drive engagement and repeat purchase from existing customers, particularly across CRM and owned channels.
  • Monitor and optimise performance across different audience segments.
  • Work closely with CRM, social, media agency, PR and partnerships teams to ensure joined-up execution.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, brand and creative across all touchpoints.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across channels.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and insight generation.
  • Use customer insights, cultural trends and performance data to identify new campaign opportunities and inspire fresh, engaging creative ideas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
