Campaign Manager

A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Campaign Manager to design and implement integrated campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end design and execution of integrated campaigns – B2B & B2C across Europe
  • Shape and deliver the marketing campaign strategy
  • Craft engaging communications for internal and external audiences, with clear, consistent messaging and a strong brand voice.
  • Work with subject matter experts to turn insight and expertise into content that strengthens market positioning and client engagement.
  • Build strong connections across the wider marketing team to spark generate ideas, share best practice and create opportunities for collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives
  • Implement campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, content and events
  • Be responsible for paid media planning, including briefing, audience strategy and channel selection
  • Manage ROI and review performance
  • Manage multiple campaigns with different audiences
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and embed insights and learnings into future campaign planning.
  • Use performance insight to understand what’s working, spot opportunities and keep improving marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on campaign integrated multi-channel experience - B2B and B2C strategy through execution
  • Financial services experience is essential.
  • Experience in asset or investment management is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of ETFs/ETPs would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional campaign planning, project management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digitally focused, multi-channel marketing, including CRM/email, paid media, social and content
  • UK experience essential
