Role context and purpose
We are looking for a commercially driven Campaign Manager to lead demand generation activity across Red Helix Cyber Services and Risk Crew.
This role is responsible for turning our growth priorities into measurable pipeline. You will build and manage integrated demand generation programmes across target accounts, email, digital, content, events, partners and our existing customer base, connecting these activities into coherent campaigns rather than treating them as separate channels.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and sales leadership to determine where we focus our marketing investment, which audiences and accounts we prioritise and how we convert engagement into qualified sales opportunities.
A key part of the role will be improving how we use data. We have access to CRM data, prospect intelligence, website engagement, campaign behaviour and third-party intent signals. You will bring these together to identify where genuine demand exists and translate those signals into coordinated action.
You will own campaign performance beyond initial engagement. This means understanding what happens to accounts after they interact with marketing, working with sales to progress them and identifying where further activity can accelerate an opportunity.
This is a hands-on management role, not simply a campaign delivery role. We are looking for someone who can build a more sophisticated and repeatable demand generation capability and demonstrate its contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation plan for Red Helix Cyber Services and Risk Crew, translating commercial growth priorities and revenue targets into an integrated marketing programme
- Build quarterly campaign plans with clear pipeline objectives, target audiences, propositions, channels, investment and measures of success
- Take responsibility for marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline, reporting on performance, conversion and areas requiring intervention
- Build customer growth programmes across Red Helix and Risk Crew, using customer data and service history to identify relevant cross-sell, upsell, renewal, referral and advocacy opportunities
- Develop systematic re-engagement programmes for dormant prospects, previous opportunities and existing customers rather than relying solely on new lead acquisition
- Manage both the Red Helix paid ads and website agency relationships
- Develop an account prioritisation model combining ICP fit, firmographic data, first-party engagement, CRM intelligence, sales insight and third-party intent data
- Develop and manage account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and sectors, coordinating personalised marketing activity with Account Directors and Business Development
- Run regular pipeline and campaign reviews with sales, examining which marketing-engaged accounts are progressing, which have stalled and where additional marketing intervention could accelerate an opportunity
- Keep abreast of developments in B2B demand generation, ABM, buyer intent, marketing automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve how Red Helix creates and captures demand

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
