A look into the role
As a Campaign Manager within our Commercial Growth & Strategy practice, you will:

- Coordinate the Content and Design teams and the relevant channel leads through build, activation and delivery, keeping momentum and unblocking issues as they arise.
- Own delivery QA as a campaign moves through each stage, from brief to close, keeping Dynamics, CIJ and the Content Management Platform current throughout.

- Run the post campaign review, capture lessons learned, and feed them into the shared campaign framework and playbook for the next campaign of that type.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Campaign Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven experience running marketing campaigns end to end at Manager level, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable regulated environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience with a CRM, such as Dynamics, and a campaign management platform or equivalent workflow tool.
- Experience planning and coordinating across different campaign types, including one off/reactive, always on/nurture and integrated multi channel.
- Highly organised with genuine attention to detail, spotting a gap in a brief or a small error before it causes a problem downstream.
- A clear, proactive communicator, comfortable coordinating senior stakeholders without formal authority over them.
- Data driven, starting from performance numbers and what has already worked on campaigns of that type rather than reinventing an approach.
