🚀 Campaign Manager | Defence & Security

📍 Putney, London | Hybrid - 3 days in the office

💷 £36,000-£48,000 + benefits

Are you a marketer who likes seeing your work turn into real results?

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns across a growing portfolio of events and digital products within the Defence & Security sector.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, creativity and data - someone who can look at the bigger picture, but is equally happy getting stuck into the detail to make a campaign perform.

🎯 What will you be doing?

You'll own campaigns from planning through to delivery and optimisation, working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners.

Your role will include:

  • Creating and managing integrated campaign plans
  • Driving acquisition, retention and conversion across key audiences
  • Writing, editing and proofreading compelling promotional copy
  • Managing activity across email, social, paid media, websites and landing pages
  • Reporting on KPIs, forecasting performance and turning data into recommendations
  • Testing campaigns and identifying opportunities to improve performance
  • Briefing and managing agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders
  • Using customer insight, feedback and market trends to shape campaigns
  • Supporting the management of the product marketing budget

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
