Campaign Manager – Experiential & Brand Activation
Croydon / Hybrid, with travel to Maidenhead – Up to £35,000 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join a leading creative brand experience agency, delivering exciting experiential campaigns, live events and brand activations for some of the world's best-known brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves bringing campaigns to life, enjoys building strong client relationships and thrives on the variety of experiential marketing.
You'll manage campaigns from initial brief through to live delivery and evaluation, working closely with creative, production and operational teams to ensure every activation runs smoothly.
The role is based in Croydon for two days per week, with some travel to Maidenhead and live events across the UK.
The role
- Manage experiential campaigns, brand activations, roadshows, festivals and live events from brief through to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key day-to-day contact throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Coordinate internal creative and production teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Attend live events to oversee campaign delivery, resolve issues and ensure an excellent brand and consumer experience.
- Develop creative briefs, contribute ideas and help translate client objectives into engaging brand experiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor costs and margins, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Produce campaign reports, evaluate results and recommend improvements for future activity.

About you
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience delivering experiential campaigns or live events, ideally within a creative, experiential, events or brand activation agency.
You'll bring strong project management skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage clients, suppliers and multiple moving parts simultaneously.
You'll also need:
- Experience delivering live events, experiential campaigns, sampling activations, roadshows or similar brand experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and campaign reporting.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel to client sites and events.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, including approximately 6–8 weekends per year, with occasional overnight stays.
