The Company

At AccountsIQ, part of the AIQ Group, we’re on a mission to deeply understand our customers and deliver technology that enriches their lives. Alongside ExpenseIn, a leading expense management platform within the group, we provide smart, feature-rich financial management software designed for ambitious businesses that have outgrown basic starter systems or seek a simpler, more affordable alternative to complex, costly ERP solutions.

Our cloud-based accounting software transforms the finance function, making it easier for multi-entity businesses to capture, process, and report their financial data with ease and efficiency.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and own the development and delivery of high-impact B2B campaigns across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll take campaigns from initial insight and ideation through to launch, optimisation, and measurement, with clear accountability for the pipeline and revenue they generate.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning customer insight, market opportunities, and their own ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results. You’ll work at the heart of our growth marketing team, collaborating closely with Content, Digital Experience, Design, Sales, and RevOps to connect marketing activity directly with our growth priorities.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns, test new approaches, and challenge what we’re doing today, while using performance data to understand what works and continually improve what comes next.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning B2B campaigns end to end, from insight and ideation through to planning, build, launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Developing integrated campaigns across the full funnel and a range of channels, including digital, paid media, email, web, content, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Taking commercial accountability for campaign performance by setting targets, tracking pipeline and revenue contribution, and optimising activity for return on investment.
  • Generating and pressure-testing campaign ideas using customer insight, market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
  • Working closely with Sales and RevOps to align campaign activity with pipeline priorities, improve lead quality and handover, and support conversion through the funnel.
  • Equipping Sales with the messaging, content, and campaign assets they need to engage prospects and convert opportunities.
  • Briefing and directing internal and external specialists, including Content, Design, and marketing partners, to deliver campaigns to a high standard and on time.
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping activity, suppliers, budgets, and deadlines on track.
  • Building a strong test-and-learn approach across our campaigns, using data to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Measuring and reporting campaign results, presenting insights to stakeholders, and using what we learn to shape future activity.
  • Developing and delivering co-marketing campaigns with our ecosystem and technology partners, working with partner marketing teams to reach new audiences and generate shared pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
